Holly has led senior living communities from the ground up. She knows what it takes to make residents feel at home.
At the heart of this work is a sincere commitment to people, that's what drives everything we do.
Holly Stevens-Davis brings a wealth of experience and heart to her role as Executive Director at North Haven. With a background spanning all levels of senior living—including opening new communities, developing operational systems, and leading high-performing teams—Holly is deeply committed to creating environments where both residents and associates thrive. Holly believes that at the foundation of every great community is a sincere commitment to people. She leads with compassion, intention, and a passion for creating an environment where residents feel truly known, valued, and at home. Her leadership style is rooted in servant leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, connection, and excellence.
Her passion for serving others is profoundly personal, inspired by the love, values, and examples set by her parents, Vaughan and Patty, whose legacy continues to shape both her life and leadership. Outside of her professional role, Holly enjoys life with her husband, Sean. Together, they share a passion for coaching and mentorship—Sean coaching soccer and Holly coaching softball at a local high school, while also spending time coaching their grandson, Vaughan. Their love for sports and teamwork reflects Holly’s belief in developing others, building strong relationships, and creating a sense of community both on and off the field.
Holly holds a Master of Education from The University of Arizona, and is known for her energy, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
