A Community Built
on One Promise
You should never have to worry about what comes next. We built NorthHaven so care can grow with your parent — without forcing a second move.
Senior Living That Doesn't Make You Feel Old
NorthHaven was founded on a simple belief: your parent deserves a home that adapts to them, not the other way around. Every decision — from staffing ratios to menu variety — comes back to one question: does this make life better for the person living here?
-
One campus, three care levelsIndependent living, assisted living, and memory care — all under one roof.
-
Staffed for relationships, not just coverageOur caregiver-to-resident ratios are set so staff can actually know the people they care for.
-
Licensed and state-regulatedOperating under Florida AL9471 — inspected annually and fully compliant.
-
Family kept in the loopYou hear about changes before they become problems. We communicate proactively, not reactively.
Three Things We Will Never Compromise
Dignity First
Every policy, every staffing decision, every design choice starts with one question: does this preserve or diminish the resident's sense of self?
Honest Communication
We will tell you what we see, even when it's hard. Families deserve straight answers — not reassurances designed to avoid a difficult conversation.
This Is Their Home
Residents are not patients or guests. They live here. Every room, every program, and every meal is run to support that feeling — not undermine it.
Meet the People Running This Place
Our administrator has been with NorthHaven since opening day. She knows every resident by name.
"I got into this work because of my grandmother."
Holly Demarais has spent 18 years in senior living administration, the last seven as Executive Director of NorthHaven. Before that, she directed operations at two assisted living communities in Sarasota and served as a regional compliance officer for a Florida-based senior living group.
The families who visit on a tour often say the same thing: it just feels different here. That's not an accident.
Under Holly's leadership, NorthHaven has maintained a deficiency-free state inspection record for four consecutive years. She holds a Florida Assisted Living Administrator license and a master's degree in gerontology from the University of South Florida.
Holly lives in North Naples with her husband and two dogs. She is at the community most mornings before 8am.
